INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cups pole beans, snipped and snapped

DIRECTIONS
Over medium heat, saute onion in hot oil until translucent and stir in beans. Add 2 cups water,
bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste, if desired.
Serve hot. Refrigerate covered leftovers.
